What was the core problem you were trying to solve when working with NE Systems?
We engaged NE Systems to upgrade our email service. The core problem we faced was an aging email platform that was approaching end-of-life. In working with NE Systems, preliminary discussion examined business requirements, and with our input, they proposed a cost-effective solution to migrate email services to the cloud, specifically Office 365.
Were there any hesitations or obstacles you were concerned with before working with us, what factors about the way we handled your project help eliminate any doubts or fears?
Internal resources presented an obstacle for us, for we did not have the expertise to implement this project ourselves. So it made sense to procure a third-party contractor experienced in cloud migration.
What did you find as a result of working with NE Systems?
The result of working with NE Systems was self-evident. They help us solve a business problem. They provide us with the knowledge transfer of the solution so that our internal operations can support and maintain the platform. The final QA measurement used for this project came in the form of a customer satisfaction survey. The data, from the end-user survey, indicated a "very satisfied" level of satisfaction with the new email system, specifically the increase in email storage space. Therefore, it was easy to conclude that the project received a favorable outcome in terms of completed deliverables.

What stood out the most of NE Systems is their quality of work and attention to detail throughout the course of this project.
What specifically about Ed and his team did you find beneficial to you and your project?
What I found beneficial about Ed and his team is their commitment to the project. When I had a question, they were easy to reach via email or phone and responded promptly. Also, I felt their expert judgment brought enormous value to the project, and they were able to explain complex concepts regarding the implementation in layman's terms.

Our core problem was that over the years our network infrastructure had been created with little or poor planning and with questionable practices and equipment. I needed our network to perform better and be more reliable. My staff had limited experience with network infrastructure so I need to hire an experienced outside vendor.
Were there any hesitations or obstacles you were concerned with before working with us, what factors about the way we handled your project help eliminate any doubts or fears?
There is always a level of hesitation when working with someone you aren’t 100% familiar with. My fears were alleviated when discussing the plan to overhaul our network. NE Systems was able to explain their plan and ideas with me in a manner that I could understand. They also provided any documentation and answered all questions I had.
What did you find as a result of working with NE Systems?
Working with NE Systems I discovered how valuable it is to have a partner you can rely upon and who knows what they are doing. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT and I can tell fairly quickly if someone knows what they are talking about. NE Systems are experts at what they do and I know I can trust and rely on their knowledge and experience.
Is there anything in particular that stood out above the way NE Systems approached your project, from start to completion, that you believe sets them apart from the competition?
What stood out with NE Systems is their professionalism and flexibility. Calls and emails were always promptly returned and I never felt that I was being given the run around. As a school it is important that our vendors are flexible with our scheduling. NE Systems has always been flexible with working around our schedule and making sure they do their work at a time that is convenient for us vs a time that is convenient for them. This hasn’t always been the case with other vendors I have worked with.
What specifically about Ed and his team did you find beneficial to you and your project?
What I found most beneficial working with Ed and his team is that they try to find the best solution for me. They don’t try to push the biggest or most recognizable brands simply because they they’re the biggest and most recognizable brand. They present you with solutions and are able to explain and justify their solutions in and easy to understand manner.
Why would you recommend the NE Systems Team and what do you feel NE Systems has to offer that sets them apart from other System Integrators?
I would recommend NE Systems because they are knowledgeable, flexible, professional and reliable. I know that when I need them for a particular project or to solve a specific problem, they will solve the problem or complete the project in a timely manner and meet if not exceed my expectations.
